Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel your order and obtain a refund before it is dispatched. After it has been sent, please allow it to arrive before initiating the return procedure.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Most items that are in their original condition can be returned within 30 business days of receipt.

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return and provide information about the item(s) along with the reason for the return.
  2. Once you receive our return instructions, carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging.
  3. Return the item(s) following the provided guidelines. We will supply you with the return address and shipping details once your return is confirmed. (Important: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted).
  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

Return Conditions

You have 30 business days from the date of delivery to decide if an item is suitable for you. Please reach out to us within this period for returns or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your item directly to the manufacturer.

Return Charges

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or defective items), we will issue a full refund.

If the return is based on customer preference (for instance, dissatisfaction with the product or ordering the wrong size), a full refund will also be issued.

No restocking fee will be charged for returns.
